Still a Long Shot in the Carib. EURO doesn't want to come on board...

There are two systems we are looking at here...

One is the rainfall that will be moving into South Florida from the GOM over the next few days. The back hand of a cold front that made everything happy yesterday will make for miserable weather for a few days.

Well... October is very much still summer in Miami. Most of the snowbirds don't fly South until November.

The next area is the suspect region in the SW Caribbean that the GFS likes...the Euro does not like and the Crazy Canadian turns into a North bound tropical system headed for South Florida. Note it's not the only area the CMC develops..............

The Weather Channel has so little interest in it that it plays "Hurricane Hangman" during the Tropical Update during the morning news time...

And, they are devoting more time to following the track of the "tropical moisture" from the last storm in the Epac moving across the nation than models that are showing possible development in the tropics later this week.

Some signs are positive for development according to these NOAA sites.

I'm not saying it's not forming.
I'm saying it has an uphill battle to form...

The flow is very fast ...
Time is needed for it to come together...

Keep watching..
Besos Bobbi

Ps.. I'll update after I see the next model runs if anything changes beyond the CMC being overly excited about the possibilities of development.
