Okay... Miami Dade went with being cautious and evacuating Miami Beach. And..other low lying areas.

City of North Miami Beach as has other cities decided to close at Noon.

We are shutting down the library.

Most businesses have decided to let people go home and prepare for what will certainely be hurricane force winds.
